"This location has severely gone downhill. Last time I ordered I should have just walked out and not paid or taken the food they prepared. 1 dish had a full scoop of meat, our second had half the amount we asked for them to correct it and the manger was incredibly rude and wouldn't give more. It was a quarter of the total meal we get at chipotle. And it taste terrible!"
"Maybe hire some employees that actually want to work there? Showing attitude to customers for no reason. Not the first time dealing with this specific girl. She tries to put on the wrong beans and when I correct her twice she rolls her eyes. Then I asked her to take some veggies off and she tossed the extra veggies back into the pan. I just walked right out. This used to be one of my favorite location."
"Staffs are friendly and gave me extra scoops without charging me extra! It’s so much better than other branches. Food are always phenomenal, no complaint at all. Latest update: Today at 1730 a lady by front desk charged me $17.33 for a bowl with double chicken which I usually was charged $11??? And the way she responded to me was kinda rude and unpleasant when inquired, disappointing and never would I return to this place again"
