"If I could leave 0 stars I would. The manager on duty accused me of being rude, when I drove there asking for my correct order. They delivered a woman named Cheryl's food to me. Couldn't remake my order without an order number, and couldn't offer a refund because she didn't know how."
"Not the safest Pizza Hut. But the staff there are awesome. The food is better than Little Cearsers. The atmosphere is all positive. Probably one of the better Pizza Huts despite the safety issues. And that's only bc of the neighborhood, not the store itself. Altho I'd highly advise against disrespecting the staff here or trying anything. Believe me....they stick together and they are prepared. But overall....a great store."

"This is a Pizza Hut Wings Street on West Main (M-43) in Kalamazoo. The inside is very nice and very clean. Very comfortable to dine in. Food is great, and the staff is very friendly. Definitely going back."
