"I was greeted nicely upon walking in, they were kind, asked how I was doing etc. it's nice when people care enough to ask little things like that especially in todays world. Service was fast, food was freshly made. Order was correct. Pleased overall."
"I got the five dollar box and didn't get all my food or a receipt. I never get a receipt. Be more friendly don't look so grumpy. . Wasn't happy with my food if wasn't hot not even . Warm. That's how you all loose customers and the. Don't want to fix the order . Remember customer is always right. I'm honest so bvy no means would I lie about that."
"I had just left work at after midnight and didn't feel like cooking myself something to eat. Everyone else was closed by the time I drove down Lincolnwood almost to Capital Ave where McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's & Taco Bell are. I hadn't eaten Taco Bell for a while and it sounded good. The food was good and fresh. There were only 2 people working that late and did a great job."
"Got my wife's order wrong but they fixed it quickly and efficiently and delight. I dropped my wallet there and the found it and kept it in the safe until I could get there to grab it. Very honest people and good customer service!"
"Sitting in drive thru for over 30 mins and of course there’s no way to get out of this line! Then no ice in drinks! My food should look like the pics on the menu after waiting that long!"
