""Welcome to Saigon" - that was our official welcome when our attentive server discovered this was our first visit. Service was very good, and we enjoyed the time there, not rushed or constantly being asked or prodded. Perfect for us. The meals were exceptionally good also. The Papaya Salad with shrimp appetizer was wonderful and light, fresh and delicious. My wife picked the Pho and was wonderfully impressed, a great ratio of broth and noodles with the flavors - a real winner! I went with the server's suggestion of Mongolian, with beef. Exceptional flavors from the house sauce and the amazing amount of fresh vegetables with the perfect level of heat from the peppers - another winner!"

"This place is a freaking amazing fresh Vietnamese food. I ordered the number 2 which is spring rolls it comes in a 2 . They are fresh Vietnamese spring rolls they contain vegetables, herbs, lettuce, rice noodles, wrapped in rice paper. This is served with a side of peanut sauce which is made fresh in a restaurant, they make this amazing peanut sauce with nuts that they season in the restaurant .. I bought a container of them This is probably some of the freshest food that I have ever eaten in my entire life other than at home... I also ordered the number 6 which is beef pho It has sliced beef brisket, triple, tendon, meatballs. I asked for green onion tops, because I can't have regular onion .. They also gave me a side of bamboo shoots, jalapenos ,a slice of lime, herbs which were basil.. And then I got my son a number 9 which is seafood noodle soup came with rice noodles, a seafood noodle broth soup, with shrimp, squid, seafood meatballs, onions and cilantro served with fresh veg, and herbs to garnishes. He also ordered the pad Thai.. I do not have pictures of his food because I had it made to go .. .. You all keep up the amazing customer service , and making this amazingly tasty, and fresh food. #saigoncitybarandgrill ."
