"This was the worst order I have ever received from a Jimmy John’s ever! The Cubano ordered had the skimpiest amount of meat and other toppings that I have ever seen. There was an excess of Dijon mustard enough to choke a horse. I will not ever be using this location again. It’s a waste of hard earned money and time. Do better!"
"I Was at the soccer field at the park .9 miles away, and called for delivery. I was put on hold, and when they came back on they said it was “outside of their range for delivery” ….. I asked if I called the right store “.9 miles away?” And they said yeah it’s the right store but we don’t go that far…..in hundreds of orders with other Jimmy John’s I’ve never heard of or experienced the “only within 1 mile” philosophy. Very very weak"
"I don't get Jimmy Johns all the time but when I do I get the #12, extra avocado. For the last several times I have ordered, not only did they not give extra, you would have thought I ordered light avocado instead. About a quarter size over the entire sandwich, but I never complained about it. Today I ordered again asking for extra avocado, and I let them know that I have paid for extra for the last several previous times but failed to get it so to please keep an eye and make sure I got extra. I did get extra this time, only after they charged me for extra 3 times without my approval. An extra $3 for extra avocado, after stating what has happened the previous times and without any confirmation for the 2 extra charges, it just felt like a giant slap in the face."
"First time having Jimmy John's, I gotta say it was really good. Like Subway but better. I ordered the Original combo with the Big John sandwich and was very satisfied with the quality and speed of service. 10/10, would eat here again!"
"I literally ordered two of the same sandwich on 12/10/21 and received two completely different sandwiches. One had mustard on it and if I hadn’t checked I would’ve spent my evening in the ER due to being highly allergic. Ordered two little BLTs, got one & went to eat the second later on and right before biting into it, I noticed it looked a bit different. This isn’t the first time they’ve messed up my order at this location."
