"We all know that service a quality have gone way down hill at literally all food establishment in the last couple years but Three Brothers is in a totally different league. Used to be the best pizza place in Lowell. You have a better chance of getting your order made correctly at McDonald's.... and that's saying something. I'm sure they could care less but damn, take a little pride for God's sake. I'll never go there again and I will spread the word to absolutely anyone and everyone that will listen!"

"Called to order a pizza, because I couldn’t find a two litter option online. I’m remodeling a house and getting pizza for everyone. Lady answer the phone, and I ask - then say I need to order via phone because I couldn’t select that on the app. She was rude about it, said they don’t do delivery. And I apologized and said I just moved here and didn’t know because their website said they do lol and she literally said “well now you know” like ??? For real? I was about to fork some cash over - but I’ll call the other guys instead. You can keep the attitude too."

"I moved to the area 2 years ago. I have finally found my go to pizza spot. The kids love the big floppy slices from the 18" pizza. My favorite is the real Italian sausage. Finally a place that uses it! The sauce is leaves the competition in the dust. Slightly sweet, but spiced perfectly. I have ordered twice and never had an issue with customer service. The employees I interacted with on both occasions were friendly and courteous. I can't wait to get more pizza."
