"Shout out to the team at McDonalds today. Missed a few things on our order earlier today after church. Went thru tonight and the manager on duty not only corrected the situation by providing the things we ordered but also gave us a free Sundae as a courtesy. Top notch customer service! Thank you. "Friendly staff but get orders wrong constantly. For as much as they are charging for lower quality food, they should take the time to make sure people’s orders are correct before they go out. It’s happened numerous times at this location."
"Waited at drive through to have someone take my order, another car pulls on other drive through and they took there order right away. Then have me wait 20 minutes for nuggets and told me they lost my order 3 Cara whole drive through. Grrrr"
"Would be nice if the employees would allow you to finish an order before pushing you through line. Twice in this week. We have gone through the drive through ordered a drink and before we can add anything else we have a total and told to go to next window. No one infront of us or behind us. How about giving customers enough time to order, you get paid by the hour!"
"Service was great. We had quite a few order modifications, and we didn’t have any errors with our food. The service was prompt and friendly- despite others complaining it was slow- our experience was great! The play place is a fun bonus to this location."
