"I knew when the boy at the speaker was trying to be funny.. they were gonna be "funny" with my order. This place has been so poorly run for awhile now. Bun was burnt black. And one of the mozzarella sticks were wet for some reason. Threw it all away it was so unappetizing."
"My wife and I decided to go inside to order this time. What a mistake. This Arby's is hands down the most disgusting, gross, unsanitary restaurant I have ever been in! The floor was crazy sticky on the shoes. The railings haven't been cleaned in what looks like months. Let's just say that we were surprised that the Health Department hasn't shut them down. If their customer areas are this horrible, I can only imagine how putrid the kitchen is. My advice, avoid at all costs!!!"
"The man at the drive thru tonight, Joshua, provided excellent customer service, confirming my order at the window and his uplifting mood made me smile. He was friendly and genuine! Thank you for the awesome service! Not only that, but my curly fries were hot and so was my sandwich. Honestly made my whole night!"
"Use to be the best fast food place in town, not sure what happened. Came in today and got a #5 with crinkle fries, not only are my fries frozen, but the lettuce on my sandwich is brown. My shake tasted like I was drinking penny water. The little blonde drive thru person was told me how absolutely awful their day was. I don’t care, I came for food, dealing with my own vices in life. Paying $15 for a meal that isn’t even edible is ridiculous. I went through about 1p today. Won’t be coming here for a long time, at the least."
