"I ordered 2 French dips, they were out of auju sauce, so instead of offering a buffet sandwich or anything, the lady just goes “I guess you’re just gonna have to go with sauce” glad I wasted my once a week meal here."

"The young guy at the window was really nice my shake was really good but my fries were only half full not even so I went back in and they replaced those for me but my sandwich I ordered a BLT and my sandwich had cold flat bacon it wasn't like the thick pepper bacon that you usually put on there is that the way the new blt's are going to be cuz if so I'm not getting those no more especially for $6.50 because checkers has one for $1.39 and it had almost the same amount of bacon on it as yours did and they're pretty good"

"Finally had a chance to try the burger and to say I was impressed, would be an understatement! I see people avoiding it because it's deep fried. Honestly, I would have never guessed. There isn't a greasiness to it at all. It seemed like a hand pattied 80/20 burger. 10x better than any other fast food restaurant."

"Asks me for a regular or a large proceeds to give me a small drink, and when I asked about it I was told this is the size a large lemonade comes in. I’ve ate here multiple times and haven’t encountered this before. If there was a size difference I should’ve been charged less"

"In all my years of eating fast food I have never had a meal made worse or customer service this awful. So... I ordered the fish sandwich meal from them. When I got home, the sandwich was so soggy it could not be picked up, the cheese was literally burnt to the fish fillet and was inedible, and the buns felt like they'd been dipped in water. It took me 13 minutes to get home from the Arby's. When I took it back, initially I was relieved to see a general manager there. After showing Nate Burch(GM) the sandwich, he looked me dead in the face and told me, "yeah that's how they get if you don't eat them right away, you took too long to eat it." He couldn't have known I was a long haul truck driver and have eaten at dozens of Arby's all over the United States and never had a sandwich in that condition before. But I wasn't going to argue with him. He is an awful GM. Instead of apologizing and giving me my money back, he lectured me on how fast I should have eaten it and didn't even want to give me back the money for the full meal, but just the price of the sandwich! Who put this man in charge of anything? His leadership is a direct reflection of his crew's effort to put out decent food to the community. Completely absurd! Will not be back. To ANY Arby's."
