McDonald's

"What a dumpster fire of a location. Adequately staffed and it takes 15 minutes to get a shake. Fries were soggy, limp and not seasoned. Food was slopped together and took forever despite us being 5 of the 10 people in the restaurant. To top it off, we were told they no longer do refills on pop?? Since when? Price is also averaged at $12 a person. So much for a "value meal""

"After taking advantage of the application to preorder, which advised they would make the food fresh. The medium fries were cold and the bottom bread is so hard it can not be eaten. I don’t have very high expectations for fast food. But seriously didn’t even get the sauce request on a digital order… let alone the stale cement bread. Complete waste of time. Don’t go, save your money and time."

"lets begin with the 15 min wait in the drive thru before even making it to the speaker, as I got to the speaker to order and got a "go ahead". after placing my order I just get my total then nothing no pull ahead, pull up to the next window nothing. I get to the next window and wait their for 5 more mins as they "didn't notice me" at the window. I pull up to the next window to get my order and just get to drinks handed to more and window closed after about 5 more mins I get a bag handed to me and window shuts again I check my order just incase and an notice that I'm missing a part of my order so I park walk inside and stand there waiting for someone to come and assist me nothing after waiting for 5 mins someone finally stubbles from the back and greets me and I tell them I'm missing a part of my order does not say anything to me just turns around and yells " need a 10pc". I waited 10 more mins just for them to come back out and welcome me back to MacDonald's and how they could help me i had to re-explain that I was missing a part of my order and finally got it. I got home took a few bites of my now cold food and had a raw burger. if I could give a place negative stars this would be the place."

"Avoid this place like the plague. They've obviously never taught their employees any degree of decent customer service. I made my order at the drive tru. The attendant was incredibly hard to hear and greeted me with a "go ahead" rather than, "may I take your order". I went to the first window after making my order, but nobody was there, so I pulled up to the second window. After about 1 minute, I heard someone scream from the first window "Hey, Bro!". I drove off, quite angrily. This was my second visit to this store and will certainly be my last."

"You really need to do a better job! I just got a steak bagel and got 1 piece of onion. I've called the store multiple times to get it corrected no one answers. Update: called 8 times with no answer! I need answers."
