"Just received my order...first timer here. I'm just...sigh disappointed. I ordered bacon cheeseburger with tater tots along with the chili cheese fries AND I tried the pretzel bites. No cheese sauce for pretzel bites ☹️ chili missing from chili cheese fries and those fries were soggy and barely coated in cheese. Almost wet. The burgers bacon was mainly undercooked fat (see photos). And the bottom bun was soaking wet, like the tomato they put on the bottom bun was wet. Just weird. Good news is that the tots are tasty with hidden valley ranch. The fries that came with the burger were good too. Still shook by the bacon and haven't tried the burger yet. It will definitely be without the wet bottom bun. I'm sorry. I really wanted to love this place."
