"Door dashed food from here and when it got here we were missing some food so I called and politely said we were missing some food and the manager argued with me that it was in there but she would make another sandwich and fries I said thank you and hung up when I got to the front counter she proceeded to argue with me that she knows she put it in the bag. Poor management arguing with customers. I will no longer give this McDonalds my business!"
"Terrible service, no one spoke English. VERY loud reggaeton music played behind the counter. What's the point of the table number system if they just stand behind the counter and call your number. Can't hear it if you're in the play area. Took out the self serve drinks and will NOT give you a refill. I miss the old McDonalds."
"I just ordered thru an app for delivery. The delivery was great also was the driver. BUT I have a broken leg and just had a fusion done to back so can't drive. Daughter was hungry so ordered her a 6 piece nugget meal with a drink. I ordered 10 piece nugget meal. They FORGOT my fries and gave me 6 nuggets. After paying almost $30.00 on delivery. I call McDonald's over and over, busy signal Called phone must be off the hook. So for as much as I paid it should of been checked over. OR is that their job."

"The manager had a problem applying my tax empt and the worker lied about seeing the button because he didn't want to apply it! (Ignorant at it's best) horrible experience there every single time I have to go there I dread it every time !!"
