"Do not order delivery. My food was horrible, soggy onion rings, missing a drink, burnt chicken wings. Definitely not satisfied. Called the store as well, as an individual who has worked in food industry, I know you can replace an order and redoor dash it. Pretty unacceptable to let food out of the kitchen."

"This was my third time going to Buffalo Wild Wings. The first 2 times were okay, not great, but this last time was horrible. Small pieces of dry overcooked boneless chicken wings. I don't think I've ever been fully satisfied with the food from BW3. My last visit was to the Wyoming, MI location, and I have to say that I won't be back (to any of them). I wish that I would have taken some pictures. Terrible! What's with the 2 tiny carrots and 2 pieces of celery with almost 30 pieces of chicken? C'mon! You can do better. For my money, flavor, and portion size, I'll be going to Wing•Stop"

"We have not had wings here in a while, now I know why. We had a gift card and decided to get wings for dinner. We ordered to go and had a great experience with the MOD. There was an issue with the GC. The manager made sure we were taken care of. So I can say the service was above average. The wings on the other hand, VERY small and well done. The sauces are delicious, but the wings themselves are very disappointing for a wing restaurant. If you want ranch make sure you ask for extra, we got 3 ranch cups with 30 wings, and they are half the size of a normal sauce cup. When you are paying $1.25 each for a chicken wing I would expect better, especially from Buffalo Wild Wings."

"Stopped in to grab a quick bite to eat, no body was at the check in & there was a sign propped up on the ground telling guest to "seat yourself". There were a few other couples just standing there not really sure of where to go since it was pretty full & hard to see an open seat. It would of been nice to have a host up front. We sat ourselves at the bar though & I'm so glad we did. Sarah our bartender did a FANTASTIC job waiting on us. Her energy was awesome & she checked on us numerous times. We ordered food right away & shout out to the cooks, the food was delicious! Not to mention the presentation was super clean & well done. I highly recommend the street tacos! Thanks again Sarah for the stellar customer service. We will definitely be back!"
