"I always find Panera Bread locations clean and the staff helpful. The only reason I gave a 4 star was due to the scone I ordered. It was pretty dry and crumbly. It might be that the Panera scones are just made that way…kind of a flavored buttermilk biscuit."
"I tried to order a togo here tonight. I showed up at 8:45, 15 minutes before closing. I don’t like showing up so late but I could see people eating inside. I asked if there was any other bread options for the tuna sandwich. The lady went in the back to ask, and someone screamed “are you kidding me?”. Obviously they were upset I was ordering so late. So I said that I was going to go somewhere else. This was completely unprofessional. I would avoid this location!"
"Places special order and was very clear on what ordered due to food allergies. Have had issues in past with not getting correct order so was very concise and watched order screen carefully. Still got the order wrong. Went back for correct order and they could have cared less. No apology from management team or how can we make this right. For how expensive the food is it is so frustrating when you just want a simple sandwich and soup."
"The food was good, service was decent. They were out of chips which was unfortunate, but the worker was nice about it and gave us baguettes instead. There were crumbs covering half of the seat on my side of the booth we were in, so maybe they could've been better with cleanliness. The bathrooms seemed like they could use some cleaning as well as maintenence (toilet paper holder was crooked and soap dispenser seemed to have issues too). Overall not terrible, but not stellar."
"I placed a pick up order for 8:30 PM didn’t receive my order until 8:55pm I was told in the drive-through to pull around to the front and they will bring it out. Finally I went inside it was taking so long order still wasn’t ready. This is the 9 dollar bowl of soup I paid for. I’m assuming they ran out 55 dollar order"
