"Mom, my husband & I went to Cranckers for dinner, mom order cod and fries. Cod was mushy and had a different taste, husband got a Greek bowl, not sure what the meat was but it was terrible. I got pulled pork mines was good. I tried the Greek bowl and it was horrible. We will never eat there again! Tried to talk to the assistant manager about the food. He did not give me the time of day to listen to me about what was bad about the food. I could have ate a better meal at home, but we wanted to get out and try a new restaurant but we picked the wrong place. People work hard for their money and you hope you can get a good meal."

"Came in at 2:00 for late lunch and a couple beers. Beers were good and the food was great! We ordered the pulled pork sandwich(9/10)with sweet potato fries(10/10) and the patty melt with added jalapeños and extra mayo(10/10)with regular fries(6/10)which were a little greasy for my tastes. Started out with the beer pretzels(9/10)which were so soft and delicious and I don’t even like pretzels. Beer cheese is nothing special but our server even put some in a to go container as we could not eat everything. Great service, she came around just often enough with a smile and had answers to all of our questions. I gave 4 stars on atmosphere only due to it being chilly in the bar side of the restaurant. Heat came on at 3:30 I’m assuming in preparation for the dinner rush. Dinner came to $60 with two entrees with side upgrades, the appetizer, a 16 oz beer, a 10oz beer and 2 5oz pours of their Aphrodisiac stout, which I quite enjoyed. Probably our new regular joint in Big Rapids."

"Breakfast was very good, busy that morning but food was delivered quickly and hot. 7 for breakfast and just over 12 dollars per person, quite reasonable. Best part of the day was our server, perhaps one of the best ever, at any restaurant, happy, attentive, jovial, and when asked for something extra she always said " Absolutely""
