"Ordered take out. Got home both dinners missing the baked potato. The ribeye steak 6 ounce was not good it was about a 1/3 inch thick and tasted like it was cooked in a frying pan parts of it were grey. The waitress was super nice so not her fault. Disappointing"
"Ruby Tuesday Big Rapids. Johnny was a great server. Attentive and nice. Food was very good with price and portion in line. Lighting was nice. Not bright like it was last call and they want you to go home. The salad bar was clean and full. Hard to find a good salad bar these days. Don’t let Johnny get away. He’s one of the good ones."
"We've always had great experiences here. On a recent visit our server happily met all of our crazy requests. She was attentive and personable. I wasn't sure about the deconstructed kabob dish but it turned out to be delicious, better than expected!"
"Danielle was our server this evening. I got the salad . bar and split a t bone with my friend. Not a place I think of to get steak, but it was so good. So good. Cooked perfectly medium. I was so surprised. It was the best steak I've had out in a while. Most importantly, Danielle was great. Good table side manners. Original, attentive and gracious. I'm pretty hard on servers, I was one for 20yrs. I hope her managers are reading this, because I want to to know that that girl is in point. I"
"Waitress a week away from giving birth (a girl) very friendly and helpful. Big group, put 2 tables together for us. Let us sit in a quiet spot, company owner has head injurie and loud noise is a distraction."
