Ascension St. John Hospital - Imaging

"I came for an anatomy scan during a snow storm. I was rerouted twice due to accidents, and once due to power lines being down. I tried calling 4 times, and each time the automated message kept breaking up, I assumed their phone lines were down due to the heavy, wet snow. I even pushed 1, and was hung up on. I arrived 25 minutes late, and even though the office was empty they swore they couldn’t get to me today."

"Was a needed visit for a Ultrasound unfortunately. I was able to find a easy spot for parking and entered through the North main entrance. The Imaging Department was on the first floor and about a 1000 feet from the entrance. I entered the department and was greeted promptly. The female representative was polite, professional, pleasant, great attitude, thanked me for coming in, and registered me in a matter of minutes. Wait time was only about 15 minutes at the most. The tech was friendly, professional and on point on what I needed to do. She completed the test and informed me as to when my doctor would receive the results. Would highly recommend using the Moross location or any of the other locations. They are all professional and doing their best to service the community. They accept cash, most instances (check with one's insurance company to make sure they are in network before your test to make sure you're covered) if one does not have insurance the hospital will inform you beforehand what your test will cost so you don't waste time or incur a unanticipated bill. Plenty parking, handicap parking, restrooms on-site, cafeteria on-site, valet parking is offered too. There are shuttles that roaming the campus that can be summoned by campus police or telephone to pick one up and drop you at other places within the campus. Emergency room on-site..open 24 hours."

"Went in for an echo on a Monday, was told by radiologist that results will be ready by 6pm. It is now Friday the week after and I still have no results, neither does my primary doctor."

"I took my daughter in today for a MRI and I honestly thought it was going to be tough with her. She's three and just started developing seizures. We been in and out of hospitals. This visit was very easy and easy going for both her and I. The nurse she has was very caring. My daughter loved her. Thank you for the entire staff at imaging."
