"Breakfast crew is always on top of it and I really appreciate them. That being said though, the night crew is absolutely dragging them down. Burgers so greasy the bun disintegrates from being so saturated. They should also be aware their customers can hear EVERYTHING they say but we won’t get into that."

"Yall gotta train the night shift employees you have working in there better. They have absolutely no idea what they’re doing. None of them know how to read the order screen. There were 2 cars in front of me and they mixed up all 3 of our orders. Instead of asking me what I ordered, they sat right in front of the window and argued with each other about how to read the screen. Then watched one of your employees grab a handful of ice with her bare hands out of the bottom of the ice tray under the soda dispenser and put it in someone’s drink. They seem like sweet kids, but there’s some serious training lacking. They were panicked and have no clue what they’re doing. I waited in a line of 2 cars for over 20 mins."

"Service was AH-mazing! Caleb was the crewmember that helped me in my family. We were having issues getting the app to work and he figured it out for us. He was so kind, and patient. I definitely wanted to shout him out because you don’t get that a lot nowadays. Thank you every time I’ve been here food is great!"

"We've been going to his McDonald's for several years now we stopped going through the drive thru because our order is yet to be completely correct or it's missing several items the staff is great at least now they are several years ago not so much"

"We stopped for a quick lunch. It was so nice having people actually wait on us. They took our order and said they'd bring it out to us. The place was very clean. So many of the McDonald's we have gone to expect you to either order in the app or use a kiosk. This place really made you feel welcome"
