"First time to visit Palermo pizza. We tried the buffet for lunch. The place was freezing at 12:00 noon. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. The pizza was not cooked long enough and the cheese was not melted. We said something to the staff and they said that they were sorry about that but didn’t ask if they could make us another pizza to replace the one that was undercooked. Very disappointed that the food was so poor in quality and they were ok with charging us full price for undercooked pizza."
"The service was fast and great. The pizza was very good as well. The bread bites had a very burnt garlic taste to them. Are all the pizza but threw away the whole order of bread bites."
"Was so suprised how fast it was ready for pick up. The ordering online was simple fast and easy for my complex pizza order. Friendly staff- awesome service. On top of that, it’s a “mom/pop” place nice and close. Thanks again- we will be back!"
