"Walked in and was immediately met with, "do you have an online order or a complaint? Because that's all we are doing right now. We are severally under staffed at the moment." Meanwhile, her and 2 other employees were just standing around!!! I know from previous experience 3 people is totally adequate for a little Caesars to operate...incredible, turning away customers purely due to a lack in work ethic. Whoever is managing this location should be ashamed."
"This Little Caesars just seems to get worse all the time. We ordered tonight and instead of an ultimate supreme pizza we were given a pepperoni pizza. Called the restaurant and was told by the manager that we had to bring the entire order back so they could see that we were given the wrong pizza. Sure...we'll drive 15 minutes one way (30 minutes total for this trip plus 30 minutes for the original pick up), then we're going to wait for them to make new pizza? The manager at first refused to do anything to "make it right" unless we brought it back. Explained that we paid for a more expensive pizza, which we did not get and then are expected to make a second trip back, not going to happen. After some arguing she finally agreed that we could receive a free supreme the next time we came in. A couple weeks earlier daughter ordered a cheese pizza and got home to find it was a pepperoni. She is vegetarian so ended up not eating it. She had stopped in a couple days before to get a Hot and Ready, shortly after 6:00 pm. They said they didn't have any made so she asked if they would make more. They said, no because they would be closing soon. This restaurant needs a lesson in customer service!"
