"This was my everyday coffee spot. In the past two weeks I haven’t had a “good morning, thank you, or any pleasantries”. Not even a “welcome to biggby” I have tried to engage multiple staff members in polite conversation. “Good morning, how are you today?” The staff couldn’t be bothered with that and once even ignored me completely. Today was no exception and really one of the worst. I felt like I should have apologized for bothering them. What I have had from everyone “do you want to leave a tip on the card”. This isn’t an issue but when you act like I’m a burden to you, why would I feel obliged to tip you?"
"This place was great at one time when it came to fast, friendly service but not anymore. I sat in line for over 20 minutes. Then when I finally got to the window they only had two people working during their busy time which makes absolutely know since. Then I even waited at the window for at least 3 minutes before she even opened the window to talk to me"
"Terrible customer service! And if you want to order a couple drinks, make sure you have a debit card because they will not take anything Over a $20 bill no matter how much you ordered. And then our just flat out rude"
"I ordered one of their new summer time drinks with red bull in it. The employees were not scooled as to the recipe for the drink. They had to call someone at a different store. It got made and it was very good on a hot day but the could keep the thawed out strawberries. No taste, mushy, and clogged the straw."
