The staff gets genuinely invested in the kids and provide a good combination of daily activities, plenty of outdoor time, and they pull in outside specialists (music, soccer, etc...) to enrich the experience. They make it easy on the parents too by providing meals & snacks and sending detailed daily updates and plenty of pictures through their app."

"We contacted TLC in February and were assured by the owner via email that we had a spot saved, no deposit or paperwork required to reserve it. Two weeks before we were supposed to start in July we got a call saying we did not have a spot because there was not any paperwork. The owner apologized but still no spot. Clearly they had my phone number but didn't attempt to call earlier to let me know they were filling up and requirements were changing. Careful, you may want a backup or else you will be out of daycare last minute."
