"I’m not sure what it so hard about a simple request of extra crispy fries, but receiving fries that aren’t even warm is unacceptable. The kid working the second window with the bottom half of his head cut and the rest in a bun can’t even great you when you pull up, let alone give you a pleasant experience. This place consistently has terrible customer service."
"The food temperature was warm,not hot. The drive thru staff on taking the orders was not equal on each lane taking orders. I feel that this is an issue at this location. The time zone I was there was 930am on a weekday. This has room for big improvement."
