"This store sells substandard supplies. The wheelchair I purchased started falling apart before it was a year old. My previous one lasted 10 years. They won’t honor the warranty. Will never go there again."
"I placed an order for two cases of gloves in December of 2020. It is now March 31 of 2021 and I have not received my order. This order was placed to provide gloves to my employees for their safety, and had the company put on their website that they did not have the gloves I would have ordered from somewhere else. Since placing the order I have attempted to call many, many times and hardly ever get anyone to answer. When the phone is answered, I am redirected over and over and given the run around on my order. I have been told several times that they would look into my order and call me back; no one ever calls me back. Finally today I was informed, after my sixth time calling today alone, that they did not have any gloves in stock and would issue me a refund then hung up on me. However, the card that I placed the order with has previously been hacked and closed by the bank, so I will never get my money back, and I will NOT call them again. I will just take a lose on my $150 and learn to never order from them again and tell anyone who will hear to NEVER do business with this company. They are a scam company, falsify products on their website, have poor customer service, and just plain down right crooks that will take your money and never give you product or your money back. Very unprofessional, especially during this time we live in."
