"Really awful Customer service at the Pharmacy. The store staff is wonderful, very welcoming and helpful, but the pharmacy staff is horrible. I have sent prescriptions there twice and both times have received the worst service. Very rude, off putting, and nasty. Not even a “hello,” just stared at until I started speaking. On top of the terrible customer service, my prescription was not ready in a timely manner and I was told to come back THREE separate times for one prescription. I am going on 28 hours of still not receiving my antibiotics as they have been stuck in a “processing” status. Do not send your prescriptions here!!"

"They got the dosage wrong on my last order. They put me on hold for 30 minutes after telling me I was next in line (total of one hour...so far). They frequently delay filling prescriptions due to some vague "insurance reasons" I believe but cannot prove to be a problem with the pharmacy and not the insurance which works fine everywhere else. They chronically understaff to drive up profits (they are 18/500 on fortune 500)."

"The worst pharmacy experience I've ever had. I can literally walk to this pharmacy, and instead I drive 10 minutes up the road. I highly recommend you do the same. Pharmacist seems almost purposely unhelpful every step of the way. Refused to make a call to my doctor that every pharmacist I've ever dealt with in multiple states typically makes for me to correct/clarify filling instructions. So I had to make the call to doctor, then the doctor called the pharmacy, and then I had to wait for the pharmacy to call me - and then they STILL messed it up when I went back. They confused drug names and when I had to politely correct them to make sure I was getting the proper drug, they had to assign the blame for the confusion on me, like it was critical that it was my fault and not theirs for the slight mixup. Every problem they brought up was simply stated and no other options or alternatives were provided. In every instance, they could have explained what I did wrong or what happened so that I could correct the mistake or get my script filled anyway, but instead they just said "no" and made me guess to figure it out, providing no further assistance or information. I watched them do this to every customer in line before me as I waited. I was the third person in a row that came in for a script and left with nothing. I missed 20 days of a medication that is critical to my health due to their poor service, and at the end the pharmacist was still arguing with me that everything was my fault and they couldn't believe that I was upset."

"The Pharmacy people here tests your patience. Be prepared for that before visiting. Even they are not that knowledgeable or friendly to make you comfortable to ask any questions. Came here to get covid booster shot. There were no one in line, after 40 mins wait I finally got the shot. Asked few questions about vaccine and side effects, but got no proper response."
