"This pharmacy is the worst I've ever experienced. There's always a wait for my prescriptions. The 30-minute break should be divided among the staff. As a private business, they should never stop operating for any reason except emergencies! The Kroger Plus card doesn't swipe at their machine."

"I have been there 5 times to pick up my meds. Twice they are out of stock two times they are closed for lunch and the next time I finally get there 10 min before they close and they refused to give me my meds because they were about to close Knowing I take a medication that cannot be missed. I explained that I had been trying for days and they definitely didnt care. This is the most unpleasant unprofessional pharmacy ever..."

"This is one of the WORST Kroger pharmacy's in Ohio. The staff won't provide me an override for my vital meds. One is life threatening if not taken for a week. The staff finally gave me three tabs and now they don't want to see me at the counter. Good night and Good Luck!!"

"Never again. I waited one hour only to discover they didn’t actually have the medicine in stock. When I first checked in I believe they should have simply said - we are out. No problem. I learned a lesson too - when I drop off a prescription I will ask if they have it!"

"Why has the drive through been closed for 2 months? Does Kroger know what a huge inconvenience this is to some people? I am handicapped, it is easier for me to use the drive through. I know I am not alone. I’m getting ready to move all of my prescription over to Walgreens."
