"I've tried to use this pharmacy for the past few months, since it's really close to where I live. They never answer the phone. They never fill my prescriptions on time. And they will not contact you about stock issues with your medications - you have to show up IN PERSON in order for the person behind the counter to finally (and sheepishly) give you the bad news that they don't have your medication in stock. I'm never going back. Do yourself a favor and never start going to begin with."
"So rude people work in your pharmacy answering service. They don’t even know to sat bye. They just answer and just lazy to do some more work. Never go back to them. Always have a problem with them finding or making my medication."
"For the love of god, please avoid this pharmacy at all costs. Their phone system never works properly for ordering refills and you can never get a hold of anybody. I have been trying to transfer my prescriptions to another pharmacy just so I never have to deal with this Kroger pharmacy again…it has been 4 days (and counting) to get them to transfer my prescriptions. I have been calling them every day to get them to transfer just 3 prescriptions and they have yet to do so. When I called again today to have them transfer TO a different pharmacy, they called the pharmacy and tried to transfer them BACK TO KROGER. I beg you, please hire competent staff."
"I strongly advise not to use the Kroger Pharmacy (terra), unless you have an incredible amount of patience. Waited 20 min at the drive thru to find out they were have a computer error. Good thing it wasn’t a medical emergency."
"One of the worst pharmacies in the area. Horrible and arrogant people work here. I called twice to check if my prescription is ready, and confirm a pickup time. They asked me to come at 1pm to pickup. I was at the drive thru line at 12:55, and came to the window at 12:58, and they shut the window on my face. When I complained to the store manager these arrogant people ignored the managers request and said they cannot open the window until 1:30pm, as they are out for lunch from 1pm-1:30pm. When their lunch time is 1-1:30, why the heck did they close the window at 12:58? Never had to deal with such horrible pharmacists in my life. Never going to visit this pharmacy again. Even 1 star is a waste of a star."
