"Bad customer service"
"Why does this pharmacy not carry medicine? Every time my kids Dr's call in a prescription they say they need to order it. If I call in a refill it will take 3 days to get. I don't always have 3 days left! Oldest pharmacy and don't have meds on hand. Never seen this before. Was told they don't know when they could get liquid iron in stock. Today I was told my sons non stimulant adhd medicine is ordered from the warehouse for the amount needed for every prescription which could take up to 5 days. What is that about? I am switching pharmacies and don't know where to go..CVS is no better! I know there is a shortage on medicine but not every medicine! This pharmacy just don't carry it. Don't understand. Then they never give me a direct answer of when it will be in or ready. I need to know, my kids meds are important and shouldn't miss doses! Ridiculous"
