"I travel 18 miles one way to go to Yost. I've only filled a few so far as I'm new. I have a prescription that's covered but they are $1,000.00 and they can't seem to stock enough to fill a whole month, but I'll make 2 trips to get away from the big chains. Coming to Yost is such a pleasant experience. Friendly staff unseen at any pharmacy I've EVER been in, I'm hitting 70 so I've been to them all."
"Large not-a-box-store drugstore with greeting cards, compression stockings, wheelchairs, walkers, supplements and vitamins, snacks, household goods, wound care and first aid supplies, positioning pillkws and wedges, finger and tie splints, body care for bedbound folks, and on. This is gem. Staff was helful and confirmed I was purchasing the correct item. Parking on Main Street and a lot behind the building. I will certainly be back."
"My family has done business with Yost since the 1970s so when I moved back to the area I wanted to give them my business, too. I met with a pharmacist upon my 1st visit to discuss my Rx in August 2022 and it was a complete waste of time. Not a single month have they managed to get my Rx correct, sometimes requiring 3-4 visits before they got it right. I pass 5 other pharmacies between my house and Yost. I have tried to politely discuss my dissatisfaction with them and they took no accountability. They have successfully convinced me they don’t want my money or my business so I’m moving my Rx to one of the pharmacies I’ve been passing for the last 11 months. Too bad. I really wanted to like them. If they can be better than big box pharmacies, I may as well go to a big box pharmacy."
"I have been a customer of Yost Pharmacy for 10 years. Sarah, Dave, Kim, Joe, and Don are excellent. For example, today, I needed my antibiotic so badly. I called and spoke with Sarah and asked her if someone could deliver my prescription, first, and sure enough, I did get it first. That is what they are all about. They are patient and kind and will listen to you. I will never change my pharmacy. Thank you Yost, Pamela Kremchek."
