"If I could rate more stars I would. First I'd like to commend them on how quickly they were able to come to our home, within 2 hours of calling them. Second, I think we can all agree that the state of the economy is hitting us so hard these days. Of course I had an incident with my financial situation after I called these guys to come out and when my husband went to pay we realized we were a bit short of the quoted price. Completely embarrassed I went to talk to the tech and tell him we had part of the money but we didn't have all of it. I was beyond embarrassed, but he treated me with so much patience and respect during this difficult time. He was patient and kind and worked it out with us. Human decency isn't something you see in many cases with big businesses anymore, but iKey obviously cares about their customers. Bravo iKey!!!
