"This was supposed to be a routine oil change and tire rotation however when I left and was driving back home I heard a rattling sound that was not there prior to taking the vehicle in for service. I assumed that maybe something didn't get tightened all the way. I needed to get back to work so my wife took the vehicle back that afternoon. It was explained to her that when they were putting the rear right tire back on that they had knocked the bolt of the shocks out of place and that the shocks were very worn out and needed to be replaced. At no point did the manager apologize to my wife or myself for the incident and offered no help. I understand that the shocks were worn but the fact that they showed zero empathy or concern was just ridiculous. Also, we have only had the vehicle for a year and 2 months. If the shocks were that bad the dealership should have replaced them before selling to us. I will not be going back to any SVG dealership again."

Adam was willing to stay past close to let me test drive, then let me keep it over night for a better comfort level on if it's what i wanted! Came back was given my options for purchase, NO PRESSURE SALES! and I bought for what I was willing to pay. Was the smoothest, easiest, purchase I've EVER had!!! Will Definitely go back for all my service needs too! Not the closest to me, but comfortable won't get jerked around or taken advantage of!"
