"I got off work at 6am in Urbana. My belt immediately broke on my car as soon as I Crunk it. On Google it says this store opens at 7am. I'm sitting in the parking lot as we speak. It's 7:20 am. I see the lights on with the open sign on. The door is still locked. I called and he finally answered after the third time. I asked if they were open he says no very nonchalantly. I explain to him that I only needed to purchase a alternator belt. He then says well we don't open til 7:30. Very rude and unprofessional. People have no heart these days. I will never go to o Reilly again!!!!!"

"None of the employees came forward to ring me up after standing in line for several minutes. Also none of them were wearing masks. Worst experience ever. Left after I put back the part I needed. Would rather wait a day to have the part ordered by Autozone, which was the total opposite of this place."
