"I had my tires done last week. When I went to pick my vehicle up, the staff were on their lunch break. I parked beside my vehicle and they had left my vehicle unlocked. When they returned, I went inside to pay and get my keys. I informed them that they had left my vehicle unlocked, instead of apologizing they said that’s their normal practice and you must request to have your vehicle locked. What poor customer service. I will never take my vehicle there again."

"Able to get in & out quickly. Would have been nice when I made my appointment to be told they charge extra if you use a credit card. I was lucky I had a personal check to pay. Otherwise it would have been a $20 fee!"

"The dealer said I needed two new tires for $680 but needed three days to ship. I took it to Trinity for a price on those tires. They quoted $550 with availability the next day, which was great, but then after looking at my tires informed me I don't need new tires! The dealer was trying to scam me! Trinity could have taken my money and I would have thought I got a good deal. Instead they were honest, didn't sell me what I didn't need, and they now have a customer for life."
