"We were REALLY impressed with friendliness of staff at first, and would have given a good review. However, they did not replace the tires with the same tires we had, thus causing the car’s MPG’s to be lower than before, and they also took 2 of the 4 valve stem covers we had (we had the special decorated ones to match the car) and replaced them with standard ones. We went to get them rotated today and ask them about the issues above, but we arrived 5-10 mins late due to a school zone and they refused to do the service after waiting about 10 minutes for someone to even come in and see what we were there for. Very disheartened from the whole experience as we wanted to support a local business, and our first experience with them was so good! I can understand to an extent that we were late, but we also did not know there was an immediate urgency to come in right at that moment. My husband had to take off work early for this, and they should have been able to accommodate us for a mere 5-10 minute delay."
"Bought 4 new tires mounted balanced and alignment, spent over $1100. Owner sold me the alignment over the phone because he said lifetime alignment checks, balance and rotation. After 6000 miles and 10 months later needed an alignment and rotation. Was laughed at and told I would have to pay for a new alignment. They never even tried to adjust caster or camber the first time only set the toe. After arguing he said "bring it in for the free alignment then were done". Cant trust this place now...check my pics for the alignment specs. I drove 6000 miles over 10 months with a dangerous situation because I was told they could not align it but it was ok because there would be no tire wear. Btw firestone has lifetime alignments and better prices."
