"I called multiple dealers looking for information on ordering a Yukon. The other dealerships transferred me and sent me to voicemail. Then when I did get ahold of someone they wanted to answer my questions via text. When I called Snyder Auto Group Aaron Thomas answered the phone. He was friendly personable and answered many of the questions that I had within minutes. He needed to get more information on a few of my questions but called me back within the hour. At that point I knew that this was the dealership I wanted to purchase my new vehicle from. He made us feel like we were number one on his list. We went in within a few days and ordered our vehicle. They had a long time staff member retire during that time frame but the rest of the team picked up and handled every aspect of our sale perfectly even with a UAW strike! When we went in to pick up our Yukon Denali Aaron spent a lot of time explaining all of the features of the Yukon and how to use them. Joe was there offering support and Michael from finance was awesome! Everything went so smooth and they honestly treated us like family. We won’t buy a new vehicle from anyone else!"
