"Went in for a specific item. They had exactly what I was looking for. Store was very well kept. I was the only one in the store. Price was a little high ( license plate frame $24.99) same one on Amazon was 19.99 but I was impatient and didn't want to wait 2 days. Only reason I rated this a 3 was the 3 men in store were all very rude! Went to counter to pay and they all looked at each other like ..ok, who wants to cash her out? Youngest ended up cashing me out. I said "thank you have a great day" even though I was already very irritated, this is the way I was raised. No reply back! When someone enters a store, especially when Noone is in there...looking around for something...I would think "can I help you with something?" Would be good. Not pulling the woman card, but yes...older woman looking lost in store...maybe some help? Can see why they were empty. Usually give ratings where they are due. Never have to rate retails low...this is a first."

"They price match, however though, like so many auto parts store, people behind the counters act like mechanics and act like they know what they are talking about. As I purchased my part, I was told how to install, what I would need supplies wise, and length of time. Turns out the only thing they where correct about, was the part I asked for. Was told years ago by a manager at a parts store, if parts guys where so mechanically inclined, then why arnt they mechanics. I'd still go back though."
