"Took my car into get fixed because it was shaking ,they rotated back tires to front and put used ones on, replaced a tie rod end, and did an alignment. The day I got my car back was may 20th the shaking did not entirely stop and continued to get worse. Assumed maybe my Caliper was dragging or brakes were sticking, then yesterday, April 12th I went to put my new front brakes and we find this. Now I give them the courtesy of saying the customer service was pleasant and they got me in quickly. But this is not okay that they missed this or it was intentionally ignored. I will now have to buy a new tire because it wore unevenly as well as pay for another alignment."
