"We needed a clutch in our dump truck. It was incredibly time sensitive. I called and explained the situation to the owner Dave, he came out himself on a Friday night and dropped the transmission, then came back on Saturday and got the new clutch installed to ensure we could run Monday. This speaks volume. Most shops have set hours and will only help you out during those hours. Stetson is a small business who understands other small businesses and will go out of the way to provide solid customer service. I never imagined when I called he would be so willing to help us out on such short notice. In this business, downtime is everything and thanks to Dave at Stetson, we will be back to work Monday without missing a beat!"
