"I ordered on 2/17 for a funeral for same day and they stated they didn't have what I ordered I asked for a substitute, which was available online for sale I ordered online in the morning and received no response back. It is Sunday the funeral is over. I called and no one answered. Why are the selling products online when they don't have them available. Why doesn't anyone answer the phone. How do I get a refund."

"I received a gorgeous flower arrangement from this shop! My significant other asked for a few specific flowers I like, and they were able to make a beautiful arrangement that included all of them! Flowers arrived packaged safely in a nice box, and they are lovely and fragrant. These flowers were a surprise, and the person who delivered them made extra effort to make sure they reached me safely, and were not just left in my apartment lobby unattended for a long period of time. Would definitely recommend for anyone who wants to send flowers in the Cleveland area!"
