"I’ve never ordered from here before, went on DoorDash at 3:20 to order from here some flowers for my wife’s birthday. They close at 5PM but they cancel my order at 4:30. Door dash explains I will have an explanation in my email from them but I get no email, no explanation and now I have to go into work on my wife’s birthday without having gotten her the flowers I planned to. If I would’ve or could’ve been notified of any issue maybe in even delivery I could’ve decided on picking them up myself, but because they confirmed the order and than an hour later decided to cancel that same order I’m not out of luck and time. It appears a lot of people have had good experiences here but the one time I’ve chosen to do business with them that was not the case. They should just manage their 3rd party delivery better than that."

"Terrible customer service. Order flowers for my wife to brighter her day but the bouquet she got was nothing like the picture on the web site. Ordered the mid grade ($39.00) and got the F grade. Worst bouquet i ever seen and i had to buy 10.00 delivery fee for a 6 tenths of mile delivery. Call to complain talk to some guy that has no good customer service in him and should not be answering the phone. Tried to talk to him He told me that the best i was getting and he would have the manager call me. That was 3 day ago. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FLORIST. Your better off getting flowers from a guy on the corner. At lease you know what your getting from the guy on the corner. Not this Swindling place....very bad stay away"

"Every time it snows you can be sure Brennan's will not shovel their sidewalk. It's been 4-5 days since it snowed and there's pure ice in front of their storefront for 3 days now. It's the same every time it snows. A business that does not care about the community is not one I am willing to support."
