"Run away! If I could give zero stars I would. What a dreadful experience. Ordered flowers for my daughters prom over the phone. They were not ready on time - in fact they were an hour late and she had to do pictures without them. It was a simple wrist corsage, but they made it sideways - so it stuck out on either side of her wrist instead of going up the arm as I had requested. To top that off, the white flowers were brown, bent, and bruised. Even better, they FELL OUT of the corsage onto the floor within 30 minutes of putting it on!!! When I called to complain (the very same day) - even included actual pictures - they told me to come in. I stopped by the next day, only to be told the owner wasn't there. I left a note. No response. I called 3 more times, nothing but rudeness and excuses. I kept calling until I finally spoke with the owner. She was extremely abrupt and totally unapologetic. She finally consented to a refund. That was almost a month ago. Never did see that refund. The shop is less than clean, very unorganized and clearly low budget. I wish I had seen it before I ordered from them. Take your business elsewhere."
