"5 stars only because of Bonnie. The guy today that is working with her, not so helpful and quick to brush us off and out the door. She rook her time and looked up what we needed without having to go home and make another trip back. He also had the part in stock, and he kept saying he would more than likely have to order it, and it would be a while. Now my 84 year old mother has her dryer fixed and working on the same day, all thanks to Bonnie saving our day!!"

"I can't speak highly enough about BOB at Eastside. Our $3000, 15 month old fridge needs a $1k compressor and Whirlpool said tough-luck. A 2 minute conversation with Bob and it is being repaired at no cost. Customers for life!"

"We have been dealing with Eastside Maytag for 5yrs plus. They are awesome when it comes to Sales and Service. Jason is an awesome service rep. The sales team goes beyond for you. We had a washer that was broke under extended warranty. Jason came out said what it needed for parts and would order them. Few days later Bonnie called and said the warranty company wasn't going to repair and was crediting my total purchase price minus my extended warranty cost. I went in and i knew what i wanted they didn't have it exactly but the owner worked with me to find a Maytag that was a step up just a little more cost. They delivered next day, took the old one."

"This business is the best! Our freezer wasn't working properly, and they went out of their way to get a technician to us quickly. When he determined that it could not be repaired, they had a new freezer to us within a few hours. The deliver men were also great. This was the best service I have ever encountered in my seventy years! They saved us from losing hundreds of dollars worth of food."

"I read over the store' s website before going there. The website says they have USED appliances AND scratch and dent appliances. The photos show a large selection of appliances. Based on their website information, I drove to the store. I told the sales woman that I was looking for a used dryer. I WAS TOLD THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY USED APPLIANCES AT THE TIME! She said they are very picky about what they will take in to sell as used. So, then I inquired about their scratch and dent appliances. She told me they only had 1 washer and a couple refrigerators that were scratch and dent available, but no dryers. She said the owner has NOT brought in ANY truck loads of scratch and dent appliances SINCE THE PANDEMIC!! So, this store has had AMPLE TIME, a couple years now, to update their website and remove their sale of used and scratch and dent appliances from it, but they haven't done so. I feel as if their website information is INTENTIONALLY MISLEADING TO CUSTOMERS! It's as if they are trying to get customers in the door with the promise of selling used and scratch and dent appliances and then hoping to sell customers a new appliance at a much higher price once they have them captive. It's a classic case of bait and switch!! There is NO EXCUSE for not updating their website to say they basically only sell new appliances after 2 years. I was irritated that I wasted my time and gas driving to their store for nothing!"
