"Every single time I come here I have items ring up at the wrong price. I have had to stand and wait for customer service to adjust prices on as many as 15 items because the sale price was not updated in their system, or worse, they just have the wrong price on the tags and I'm getting charged nearly doubled at the register. Today marks the 3rd time in a row it's happened so best believe I will never step foot in an Acme again. Half the employees are just on their phones, so it's really no wonder why nothing's getting done. Save your hiked up prices, I hope this entire chain ceases to exist in the next decade because its literally the worst grocery store in the state."
"I like the Acme in Fairlawn. Certainly it is better than it's competition. It is a large store - - perhaps too large. One curiosity is the presence of unusual items and lack of common items. Produce is about the best in the area."
