"This is a beautiful and grande department store in Summit Mall. It is well lit and bright and spacious and immaculately clean. They appear to have everything you could want or need for the entire family and household. It is toward the back of the mall opposite Macys."
"Disappointed with their 30 day return policy. Especially around the holidays. This company is not customer service oriented. Item bought over Black Friday week for Christmas gift that didn’t work. Since the 30 day window lapsed before the gift was even opened, all the store would offer is store credit. Truly disappointing that holiday shopping is not taken into consideration like most other retailers. Will not shop again with Dillards."
