"I normally don't post bad reviews, I think it's unfair on what could just be a bad day. However, the staff in the actual pharmacy are the rudest human beings I've ever met. I'm being completely serious when I say, I have never had a remotely positive interaction with them. I realize they're stressed, but we all are, life is busy. They need to try to remember they work for their customers. Rite Aid Waterloo Rd."

"I have been a customer at this store for over 40 years. The level of service in the pharmacy has gone downhill over the past few years. My Dr phoned in 3 prescriptions this morning- when I called to see if they were ready (4 attempts before an answer) a young man in the pharmacy said he couldn't guarantee When my prescriptions would be ready for pick up through the drive through. He suggested that I come in and wait in the store for them to be filled. He said it would be faster that way. ????? This is very inconvenient for those of us that are too sick to drive - ridiculous. He could have had it done by the time our conversation was over. Do Better!"

"Ive been with rite aid for almost a year and every month when I try to get my meds they seem to mess everything up. I’ve been trying to get my meds and again and again month after month. They are showing that they don’t listen, mess things up in the system, can’t seem to deliver my meds, say they are calling me to let me know they are coming but don’t call, talk to me like I’m stupid, mess up when they are delivering my prescriptions, and they are over all just rude pharmacists to deal with. I’m going to find a new place to get my meds from because this is freaking ridiculous at this point, Most recently I called about 3 days ago the pharmacist Lewis said they would have my meds to me the following day between 12-5pm but they would call me before hand. Well it reaches around 4pm and I haven’t heard anything about it so I call. The other male pharmacist answers and says they didn’t get a delivery notification and weren’t delivering my 6-7 meds they said they can deliver 3 the next day again between 12-5pm so I say “ I will call my doctor because there should be at least 7 meds that are ready and I’ve been getting notifications saying that my meds are ready.” He said oh well we can still deliver it tomorrow. That isn’t going to help me now because it’s not even all of my meds. So they are supposedly delivering them today but we shall see. I’m trying to figure out where else to get my meds becuse I’m over the back and forth phone calls and rude pharmacists. I tried to give them the benefit of the dbout when they were rude or had an attitude like maybe they are having a bad day well when it becomes every interaction there’s no longer a benefit of the dbout to apply to the situation. There’s no point in the hassle."

"The pharmacy keeps changing their hours- they used to be open from 7am to 11pm. Then the closed a half hour for lunch - then they changed the hours from 10am to 5pm- but last weekend when I came in a 4:58 they had already closed and they informed me they would not be able to reopen to give me my prescription -that I already paid for online. Many times I call my prescription in and show up and the prescription is not ready - when I was told to pick it up. No one tries to help and they act put out when I question why my prescription isn’t ready. I understand if their are small issues from time to time- but this is ridiculous!!"
