"They were very unprofessional and ignorant . I paid $375 cash for the fridge to be delivered and they sent out 2 crack heads to do the job . Somehow they couldn’t figure out how to put the fridge together and ended up leaving . I told the manager that my food will be left out and I needed them to put the doors on and he assure that the people he sent weren’t good for installing and he would come finish it the next day . Nobody never came I had to pay someone to put my doors on the fridge and they told me for the inconvenience he couldn’t give me $50 that I spent , but a meet in the middle with $25 I still haven’t heard anything .. please find someone else to get your appliances from . They are very unprofessional people"

"I called this business on two different occasions. The first time I posted a stove on facebook the owner called pretending to be a buyer but was really trying to solicit repair services strike number one. I called the business today he answered the phone saying yeah. Who in the heck answers the phone like that but is a business? A black business. It's sad. I asked what what the cost for a stove that is basic he wants almost 300 dollars which is ridiculous being that he has signs saying his resells are not under warranty after 90 days. I don't know how this man survived this long in business. I think he preys on folks who don't know better. He likely has two books. One off and one for the state. I do not recommend this unprofessional rude arrogant unproductive business. Don't support any black business that isn't professional."

"I was interested in purchasing a washer and dryer set and reached out to inquire on whether or not they had any in stock. The owner responded and the matching models he had available did not meet the standards of what I was looking for. Which is OKAY, because this is a used appliance store. What isn't okay is the owner telling me to check BestBuy after asking if he had anything else in stock. I think that sort of unnecessary response speaks volumes about the owner and what kind of business he runs. It was unfortunate too because he initially came off as a really nice guy. If you're reading this, I'd tread carefully before doing business here."

"Moved into the area and needed a fridge and a stove. These guys came in delivered and installed within an hour of me calling and placing the order. Owner had been very patient with me after the 8+ times I called and answered any questions I had. He made sure to send pictures of the appliances to confirm I would be happy with the selection available. Overall I had an awesome experience with them and will be using their services again for the washer and dryer deal they have. Great local business to invest in, you won’t regret it!"
