"I walked in to buy a stove. The owner had a horrible attitude and treated me like I couldn't afford his store. I will admit, his prices are extremely high, but I walked in with cash to buy on the spot. He continued to make some cornball jokes when I finally had enough and left. He proceeded to call me names as I left. So if you like dealing with "clowns", then this is the place."

I was able to purchase a new refrigerator for delivery which was the next day. Paul was extremely helpful and communicated each step of the delivery process."
"My dryer broke unexpectedly and J&L came highly recommended! I went in and was helped right away! I was able to purchase a dryer for delivery which was the next day. I have a really hectic schedule but they were really flexible with when they could deliver. Within an hour and a half of delivery, my new dryer was installed and the old one was hauled away. The two men that delivered were very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy! Incredibly pleased with my dryer and will come to J&L for all of my appliance needs!"
