"Hours state they are open on Saturday till 6 p.m. I came on Saturday at 3.30 p.m. with cash ready to buy something and the door was locked. I even saw the exact refrigerator that I've been looking for through the window but it's a shame that they were closed when they are supposed to be open. I tried calling and got no answer. I called several more times over the next few hours until 6:00 p.m. and no answer. They are unfortunately not open on Sunday either and I only had somebody with a truck on Saturday and Sunday to help me buy a "new used" refrigerator. I am a female who lives alone and I don't have men around often to help me with this kind of stuff. Very DISAPPOINTED. MAKE SURE YOU CALL BEFORE YOU COME."
"Called and spoke to Keith about repairing a oven. We set a time and date for the appointment and no one ever came or called. I called the shop the same day as the appointment and was told he was "mad busy". I explained that I had scheduled a service and he missed the appointment. The person said they would let him know.. No call, no show. I understand that things come and and plans change, but no call to let me know? Very unprofessional, don't wast your time."
