"I just ordered a tray with our personal company logo. It’s amazing how beautiful it is and how well the logo came out. I only sent a photo via my phone, assuming that wouldn’t be quite enough for them to work with and I would need to provide more or a better quality. Fabulous and fast. "I have ordered multiple items from this company and have been very happy with the product until yesterday. I received an item I paid $165 for and it came with an imprint that doesn't belong on it. Carolyn stated in her email back to me yesterday--- "As stated in the product listing, the original markings from the barrel may be present on your lazy Susan. Since these are made from reclaimed barrels, this adds to the character of your product and we cannot make any guarantees" Does this look like it was an original marking from the barrel? I certainly do not. I have requested a replacement and have stated I am happy to return this one however have had to response from them. AND- the imprint of the name is completely crooked. Poor workmanship at its finest. Do what you want but best believe I will NEVER order from them again if they do not make this right."

"I bought the customized harvest basket for my mother-in-law for Mother’s Day, but was a tad delayed in placing the order (I ordered it the Saturday before the holiday). I called the company to inquire as to its anticipated delivery schedule and was told that I had missed the purchase date by which it could guarantee a pre-Mother’s Day delivery. I understood, purchased the basket anyway, and was prepared to give a photo of the basket while I waited for its arrival. The basket arrived today (the day before Mother’s Day) and not only was I so impressed by the company’s hard work to fulfill my order (and the orders placed before mine) but I love the basket, and am so excited to gift it!
