"This store is located in an area that literally borders the ghetto. Amazingly, the store is clean and well stocked. I would NEVER go there at night because homeless people are in the parking lots all around that area, and many of them look like their Meth users. They have a Security guard INSIDE the store, at the entrance. 10/17/23 UPDATE I went in today to drop off a bunch of plastic bags for recycling. I really appreciate Kroger being environmentally responsible in that way. Take an abundance of patience if you go to the deli for service. It’s excruciatingly slow. I don’t believe the staff have been there very long and there’s only one or two people working in the middle of the day, when I went both times. Be kind, bite your lip, and allow yourself loads of time."
"Worst Kroger in the area. Only store we go to that employs baggers, that never bag. I don’t work for Kroger, so not really a fan of coming to grocery shop and having to ring up my own groceries, bag my own groceries or BOTH! Customer service has been lacking for years and recently it’s the worst it’s ever been."
